"After working with Judy, I felt, how could I have gone on in life without learning the skills and focus she taught me? She has helped me to prioritize how I wanted my life to take shape, and inversely, not take shape. Her gentle guidance, strong clarity, and motivating suggestions has helped me focus and achieve a much more balanced life. Hiring her is one of the greatest gifts and best decisions I have ever made."
                           Chandra Morvay

"Thank you Judy, You are one of a few people who I can honestly say I would not have graduated without."
                           Brenna Maillet,
                           UCSC graduate, politics

I am an ADHD coach, and graduate of the ADD Coach Academy with an AAC designation. I'm a wife and mother of a young adult daughter with ADHD, with a passion to help those who struggle with the challenges of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I love to bring order to chaos, to explore with others where their strengths lie, to delve under the surface and help my clients begin to figure out who they are and what they want out of life. And most importantly, how they can make their dreams a reality.

Together, we will look at challenges and obstacles together and develop tools and strategies that work. ADHD shouldn't have you, you are a person that has ADHD and can still create the life you want to live!

By building your life around your strengths, you can help your greatest gifts find expression.
As an ADHD coach, I can help you do just that. A coach can play a powerful role in the treatment of ADHD. As a coach I can listen from an ADHD perspective, and provide you with an understanding of ADHD and the tools necessary to manage it. I can observe what might be preventing you from reaching specific goals and explore ways in which you can maximize your strengths, talents and passion in order to create a happier, more productive and more successful life.
