“Finally, tools and strategies that actually work for your ADHD brain — without the shame.”

— Finally finish the projects you start
— Stop drowning in emails, to do’s and unanswered texts
—
Plan your week without feeling crushed and overwhelmed

— Learn how to control your life, rather than letting your life control you

I am an ADHD Coach, and graduate of the ADD Coach Academy with an AAC designation. For the past 15 years, I have enjoyed helping clients beat procrastination, overwhelm, and organize their life. I will help you find real strategies that work with your ADHD brain to regain focus, motivation and finish what matters. I am passionate about helping you minimize your challenges, reconnect with your creativity, and find joy in your life!

As an ADHD Coach, I can help you rebuild your life, step by step. A coach can play a powerful role in the treatment of ADHD. As a coach, I can listen with an ADHD perspective, and provide you with a more thorough understanding of how your brain works and how to use your strengths to crush it at life!

Judy changed my life in a grand way.

After working with Judy, I felt, how could I have gone on in life without learning the skills and focus she taught me. She has helped me to prioritize how I wanted my life to take shape, and inversely, not take shape. Her gentle guidance, strong clarity, and motivating suggestions has helped me focus and achieve a much more balanced life. Hiring her is one of the greatest gifts and best decisions I have ever made."
